Kansas Tourism Announces New Grant to Assist Restoration of Historic Barns for Agritourism Businesses Kansas Tourism today announced the Barn Adaptation and Restoration Needs (BARN) Grant Program is open for applications. This is the first grant program of its kind for Kansas Tourism. The Certificate of Free Sale certifies that the specified exported goods are normally and freely sold in the exporting country’s open markets and are approved for export. 

The Kansas Department of Commerce issues this certificate upon request for all non-consumable goods. Companies that require a Certificate of Free Sale for human/animal consumable goods must contact the Kansas Department of Agriculture.  

Who Can Qualify

Any company located in or using Kansas facilities to manufacture products.
